ITW Formex Insulation Sheet – High-Performance Flame Retardant Polypropylene Electrical Insulation Material

ITW Formex insulation sheet is a polypropylene flame retardant electrical insulation material series produced by ITW Inc., a Fortune 300 company founded in 1912. With over 19,200 granted and pending patents, ITW maintains a global supply chain covering North America, China, Southeast Asia and Europe, with its global R&D and operations center located in Shanghai, China.

Formex insulation sheet complies with UL 94 V-0/VTM-0 flammability ratings and meets multiple international safety standards including UL, CSA, IEC, VDE, TUV, BSR and MITI. It has passed SGS/ROHS environmental tests. The material features extremely low moisture absorption (0.06%) and stable electrical insulation performance, supporting various processing methods including printing, lamination, scoring and bending.

Product series include GK, GL, GS, N3 and other models to meet different insulation requirements. The material can be repeatedly folded without breaking or delaminating, and can still pass withstand voltage testing after more than 20 folds. It supports various 3D forming processes including die-cutting, bending, heat forming and injection molding.
